These Xrays expose you to less radiation than older Xray technology. With digital Xrays, images are sent directly to our computers. This makes it easier for Dr. Kaplan and Dr. Kwak to compare your current Xrays with previous ones and identify any problems as early as possible.
- Exam with Dr. Kaplan or Dr. Kwak & our dental hygienists
Dr. Kaplan and Dr. Kwak perform a thorough exam to check for cavities, TMJ problems, oral cancer and signs of periodontal disease. Most adults have some form of periodontal disease and it’s the leading cause of tooth loss. It’s also been linked to heart disease and other serious health problems.
